Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, we will make it right.

Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging where applicable

How to Start a Return

Email Support

Send your order number and reason for return to support@phunded.ca. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Ship the Item

Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service — PHUNDED is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Receive Your Refund

Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to available stock. To request an exchange, include your preferred size or item in your return email. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase — including select drop releases — are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly indicated on the product page prior to checkout.
